Alhamdulilah ke bad meri kitab
“Qawaid e Quraniyah” kai bar shaiyaa ho chuki he. Zer nazar kitab isi ka
khulasa he, jise qareen karam ki khidmat mein paish ker raha hun. Kyun keh kai
hazrat ne bar bar mutabla kia keh asal kitab ko mukhtasir kia jaey, ta ke isay
masajid mein perhne mein aasani ho, aur jo zubanein musulman bolte hein un
zubano mein is ka terjuma kia ja sake. Aur is lie bhi ikhtisar ker dia keh asal
kitab mein baaz lambi lambi tafseelat hein, maslan lughat aur balaghat se
mutalqa behsein hein, jisay sirf arbi ka mahir hi samajh sakta he, ya phir jo
shakhs maani mein tafseelat ka khawahish mand ho wo samjh sakta he. Albatah
qawaid e Quraniya mein bayan hone wali misalon mein se chand aik ko zaroor zikr
ker diya he.
Jo shakhs hawalon ke bare mein
tasalli kerna chahe mein usay asal kitab dekhne ka meshwera doon ga, zer e
nazar kitab mein tafseeli hawalon ko bhi hazaf ker diya he, albatah ahadees ke
hawalon ko ikhtasar ke sath bayan ker diya he.
Allah tala ki janab mein iltija
kerta hoon keh meri mehnat ko qabool ferma le, aur job hi is ko perhe aur is ko
aam kerne mein hissa dale, in sab ko nafa pohanchaey. WALHAMDULILAHI RABIL AALEMEEN

Pehla asool:
Aur logon se achi baat karo!
jaisa keh bayan kia jata he, mil jul ker rehna insane ki fitrat ka hissa he aur
rozana mukhtalif qisam ke mamlaat ko nimtane ki khatir logon se milna us ki
majburi he. Aur un logon ki aqal o samajh aur akhlaq bhi mukhtalif hote hein. Chuna
che kabhi achi bat sunta he aur kabhi buri, aur kabhi aisi bat sun’ni perti he
jis se us ko ghussa aa jata he. Aise moqa pe zer nazar asool ki zaruret paish
aati he (aur logon se achi bat kero) ta keh zuban se mutalqa mamlaat ko qabu
mein laya ja sake.
Is asool ko Quran e kareem mein kai jagah
takrar ke sath zikar kia gya he. Aik jagah Allah Tala ne fermaya:
“aur mere bandon se keh dijiye keh wo buhat hi
achi bat munh se nikalein.”
Aur isi ke qareeb tareen Allah Tala ka yeh
hukam he keh ahl e kitab se bhi behs o mubahsa ho to umda tareeqe se kero. Chuna
che Allah Tala ne fermaya:
“aur ahl e kitab ke
sath behs o mubahsa na kero, magar is tareeqa se jo umda ho, siwae un ke jo un
mein zalim hein.” Sura Al Ankabut
Chuna che Allah Tala
ke yeh ferman “aur logon se achi bat kero.” Bani Israil ko jo mutadid ahkam
diye gaey is ziman mein yeh hukam aaya tha.
Surah Albaqa Madni
surat he, jabkeh is se pehle Makki surat mein yeh umoomi hukam bain alfaz aa chuka
tha “aur mere bandon se keh dijiye keh wo buhat hi achi bat munh se nikalein.”
Surah Bani Israel
Ab hamare samne
mazboot aur wazeh ahkam hein, in mein se kisi chiz ko mustasna nahi kia ja
sakta, albatah ahl e kitab ka maamla alag he keh behs o mubahsa ki surat mein
in se sakht bat ki ja sakti he, jis ki tafseel o daleel guzar chuki he.
Hamein is qaide ki
aksar zaruret rehti he, bil khasus jab hamein mamlaat nimtane mein mukhtalif
qisam ke logon se wasta perta rehta he, in mein musulman bhi hote hein aur
kafir bhi, ache bhi hote hein aur bure bhi, koi bara hota he aur koi chota. Balkeh
achi bat ki to hamein apne qareebi rishta daron se mamla kerte waqt hamesha
zaruret rehti he, jaise keh waldain, khawand, biwi aur aulaad, hatta keh jo
mulazim waghera hamari khidmat ker rehe hote hein un ke sath bhi achi bat ki
zaruret rehti he.
Aey Momin! Jab tum Quran ka mutalia kero ge to
tumhein buhat sare mawaqe per nazar aaey ga keh Quran ne is amar ki takeed ki
he. Is qaide ki chand misalein mulahiza fermaein:
1)
Waldain ke sath mamla kerte waqt:
“….aur na inhein dant dapat kerna,
balkeh in ke sath adab o ahtram ke sath bat cheet kerna.” (Bani Israil)
2)
Zaruret mand mangne wale se bat cheet kerte
waqt. Fermaya:
“aur na sail ko dant dapat kerna.”
3)
Jab insane ke palle aise log per jaein jin mein
adab o ahtram ki kami ho. Allah Tala ne fermaya:
“aur jab kam ilam log un se bat
kerne lagein to wo keh dete hein keh salam he!”
(Al Furqan)
Yeni wo log ahl e jahalat aur kam
aqal logon se munh pher lete hein, ya phir ache lafzon se jawab dete hein. Aisa
nahi he keh wo jawab nahi de sakte, balkeh is tarah ki behson mein per ker apni
mehnat aur waqt ko zaaia nahi kerna chahte.
Jab insan dekhta he keh Quran e
Kareem ko manne wali ummat is qaide per amal kerne mein shaded kotahi ka shikar
he to isay sakht takleef hoti he. Aur is kotahi ki buhat sari shaklein hoti
hein:

Gher muslimon ke sath mamla kerte waqt: Quran e
Kareem ki tilawat kerne wale per lazim he wo apne dil se pooche kia ham
musulman is bat ke ziada haq dar nahi keh eesaiyon se ziada is qaide per amal
karein?
